Due to COVID-19 and the increased shipping demands we ask for your patience processing any returns and exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We offer a store credit or exchange on all purchases made on our website, but under certain conditions. We invite you to read the conditions explained in more detail below, in order to see the condition that applies to your situation, while following the correct procedure.
If you are unhappy with the product that you have purchased from us, please let us know. Our Returns Policy gives you 15 days to return and exchange an article purchased online with a valid receipt and proper documentation. You are eligible for a full credit within 15 calendar days of your purchase.
After the 15-day period, we cannot offer you a credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, all physical products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, labels, free gifts, bonus item, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product. If the article is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a store credit based on your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges (other than the original shipping costs invoiced).

Once your returned article is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned article. Please check your Junk Mail if you don’t see this email within 14 days after sending the package back. We will also inform you if your store credit or exchange has been approved or refused and in case of an exchange, when you can expect delivery.
In some cases, only partial store or no credit are granted (if applicable):
Late or missing store credit or exchange
If you haven’t received the replacement product for an exchange or received notice of store credit, first check your Junk email to ensure that a communication has not been redirected to your junk mail. There is often some processing time before a credit or exchange is processed so allow 14-days for this to occur.
